Poor excuse for a subway. The only reason anyone goes here is that it is the only restaurant within 10 miles. The staff could care less about their job and it shows in the quality of their work. No customer service skills whatsoever.

Please ignore the previous reviewer; this location doesn't have a drive through so I doubt he knows what he's talking about. I work in BFE, and this Subway is one of the few places that doesn't take the bulk of my lunch hour to get to, so I come here often. When you are the only place close some joints use this as an excuse to let service fall to the wayside. Not here. I have been coming to this location 2-3 times a month for three years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff is well trained and polite, they take the time to learn the regulars' names and about their lives, and the owner Sharon takes great pride in her store. Her lobby is clean and updated, the parking lot is NOT a mess (aside from what the occasional wind storm brings in-it is right off the freeway and a stone's throw from the airport), and the food is always great. Because they are one of the few restaurants in the area they are usually slammed for lunch, but they handle it well and can usually get you out pretty quick. If you're on a schedule I recommend coming after 1:00 as I find it's not as busy as it is at noon.

I had stopped here about a year ago and I was not impressed. However things have greatly improved since my last visit. Grounds were in good shape and the building was clean. Food was awesome as always. I was here about 7:30 and they were easy to go. Thanks guys.

Exactly what you would expect from subway. The service was quick and the place was clean. The best priced food in the immediate area.

The difference between this particular Subway and the many others I've patronized is amazing. First, the service is other-worldly. I'm not kidding. No matter what time of the day I visit the staff blows through any kind of line in what must be record time. This chain is very clean and recently upgraded the counter area. Secondly, I like the fact that they have a large array of $5 foot long subs and daily specials. That's great for me because you get two meals for the price of one if you go to any nearby deli-- very successful business model. Honestly, the food is fresh, but I don't know how they make bread that hardly doesn't really exist (it is 95% air, but I can't figure out what the other 5% is). Bottom line: Of all the Subway's I've visited in SLC, this one has a good balance of service, $5 foot long selections, cleanliness and friendly owner/staff/customers. It's my go-to Subway!

Okay it's a subway sub.... Not very good... The only reason I have been to this place is because nothing else is out in this area. It's always busy. And your sandwich looks like crap when it is made. I understand they are busy but make a good product people.

Very poor service, took 15 mintues before someone even took my order. Then once the sub was made, it sat for another 10 minutes before anyone asked me what toppng I wanted to add. Once everything was actually made and package, the girl at the register went and helped someone else and then took another 15 minutes to come back to me, so i could even begin to pay. Nothing special here at all

Seems like every time I go to this location in the late evenings it's filled with unhappy employees making sloppy sandwiches, thought it might change if I came here a second time.... I thought wrong. The cashier was helpful up selling for getting the sub of the day.
